Planning a corporate event in Utah County? Surprisingly, you’re in the right place! Redline Racing has helped dozens of Utah businesses transform ordinary corporate gatherings into high-octane experiences that teams actually remember.
Located in the heart of Orem with easy access from both Salt Lake City and the Silicon Slopes tech corridor, we’ve become the go-to venue for companies looking to break away from boring conference rooms and predictable team dinners. Whether you’re organizing a team-building retreat, celebrating a major milestone, or kicking off your annual meeting with energy, this guide shows you exactly how to leverage our unique venue for maximum impact.
Why Racing Works for Corporate Events
Before diving into logistics, let’s address the elephant in the room: why host a corporate event at a go-kart track?
At Redline Racing, we’ve discovered that racing creates something special. When your CFO and newest intern are both suited up and competing for fastest lap times, hierarchies disappear. When departments form relay teams, silos break down. When everyone’s adrenaline is pumping, real connections form.
The most successful corporate events we’ve hosted share common goals:
- Breaking down barriers between teams or departments
- Celebrating achievements in a memorable way
- Energizing teams during busy seasons
- Creating shared experiences for remote and in-office employees
Our event coordinators will work with you to tailor activities that support your specific objectives, whether that’s improving communication, fostering healthy competition, or simply having fun together.

Choosing Your Racing Format
Every company is different, which is why we offer a range of packages designed to meet the specific needs and goals of your group. From competitive, structured races to complete creative freedom with facility buyouts, we have an option that will make your next corporate event a guaranteed success. All of our Pro Race Group Packages require a minimum of 8 racers who are 54″ or taller. A race is 13 laps. For a complete view of our group pricing, view our Events page.
Grand Prix Package: For the True Competitors ($80 per person for 3 races)
The Grand Prix is our premier racing experience, designed to find out who truly is the fastest in the office. This package includes three races per person, culminating in a thrilling, grid-start final race where everyone competes for a spot on the podium. We provide all necessary balaclavas and helmets, and the event concludes with trophies for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. It’s the perfect way to channel your team’s competitive energy into a fun and memorable afternoon.
Mini Grand Prix Package: A Taste of Victory ($70 per person for 2 races)
The Mini Grand Prix offers a condensed version of our Grand Prix package, perfect for teams looking for a burst of high-speed fun. This package includes two races per person, which includes the exciting grid-start final race. Just like the full Grand Prix, all gear is included, and the top three finishers will be awarded trophies to commemorate their victory. It’s an ideal choice for fitting big excitement into a tighter schedule.
Ultimate Value Package: Flexible Racing Fun ($65 per person for 2 races, or $75 for 3 races)
If you’re looking for a more flexible and straightforward racing experience, the Ultimate Value package is an excellent choice. This option gives your team private track time for either two or three races. While it doesn’t include the grid-start final or trophies, it provides a fantastic opportunity for your team to enjoy the track together, practice their skills, and see who can set the fastest lap in a more relaxed environment. All helmet and balaclava rentals are included.
Private Facility Buyout: Your Event, Your Way ($2,000 per hour)
For the ultimate in flexibility and exclusivity, our Private Facility Buyout gives you the keys to the kingdom. You get the entire facility to yourselves, allowing you to create a completely customized event. This option is perfect for larger groups or for companies that want to combine racing with other activities like presentations, catered meals, and unique awards. Your buyout includes carnival-style racing, a final grid-start race for your top 10 fastest drivers, and trophies for the podium finishers. It’s the perfect blank canvas for your most creative event ideas.
Catering and Refreshments
Just like racing, food can bring people together! Our preferred catering partners – R&R BBQ and Cafe Rio – are available for buffet-style catering options for groups of 15 or more. We also have some in-house options for smaller groups…who doesn’t like pizza! Be sure to let Berklee, your event coordinator, know about your food preferences!
