Skip the Escape Room. Race Instead.
Most team-building activities start strong and fade fast. A few people are engaged; the rest are waiting for it to end.
Go-kart racing keeps everyone in it. Every person gets their own kart, their own lap times, and their own shot at the leaderboard. No standing around. No checking out. Just real competition and real energy from start to finish.
Whether you’re bringing five people or fifty, the format scales easily, and the shared adrenaline does what forced icebreakers never can.
Built by competitive karters with championship-level experience at Utah Motorsports Campus, Redline delivers a professional racing experience that’s as fun as it is memorable.
Your Corporate Event, Start to Finish
A corporate event at Redline Racing follows a structured format designed to keep groups organized and energy high from arrival to awards.
1: Arrival and check-in.
Your dedicated event coordinator greets the group, handles waivers, and gets everyone fitted with helmets and gear. No lines, no confusion.
2. Safety briefing.
A quick track orientation covers kart controls, flag signals, and racing etiquette. First-time drivers feel confident; experienced racers get the rules of the house.
3. Qualifying rounds and Balloon Battle.
Each team member runs individual qualifying laps – real-time lap times post to the leaderboard so the trash talk starts immediately. The Balloon Battle adds a second layer: drivers attempt to pop rival balloons while racing, which rewards racecraft alongside pure speed.
4. Team relay race and Pit Stop Challenge.
Teams compete head-to-head in a relay format, with teammates cheering from the pit wall, coordinating driver order, and celebrating performance together. For groups seeking a more structured team-building experience, enhanced packages include interactive challenges such as the Pit Stop Challenge, designed to test communication and execution under pressure.
5. Awards and leaderboard.
Top qualifiers, fastest laps, Balloon Battle winners, and winning relay teams all get recognized. Bragging rights are issued on the spot.
6. Post-race food and drinks.
Your group moves to the event space for food, beverages, and the inevitable “I would have won if…” conversations.
The full Team Building Event runs for approximately two hours and includes three races, plus interactive challenges such as the Balloon Battle and the Pit Stop Challenge. Your event coordinator manages the entire schedule, ensuring everyone can participate and enjoy the experience.
